Water Sensitive Cities Conference – Perth 2017

The CRC for Water Sensitive Cities is pleased to announce the 3rd Water Sensitive Cities Conference will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on Tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 July 2017.

More than 230 attendees from research, government and industry took part in the 2015 Conference with overwhelmingly positive feedback across the whole program. Our 2017 Conference promises to be even better!

The Water Sensitive Cities Conferences are a celebration of how water shapes our cities and towns into places that are more liveable, resilient, and sustainable. “Making the transition” from vision to implementation will be central to the 2017 conference, the third in the series.

Conference delegates will get to see how Water Sensitive Cities are already being implemented in Australia and overseas. They will also receive early exposure to the tools industry will use to achieve such implementations in the future.

As well, the 2017 Conference will continue to foster the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities’ philosophy of integrated solutions. The event will bring together university, industry, and government partners to show how cross-disciplinary approaches offer the smarter urban planning and water management solutions needed to transform the streets, precincts, and cities where we work and live.

We look forward to welcoming you at the next Water Sensitive Cities Conference in 2017!
