A new practice guide that explains the science behind water’s role in cooling – Using water to cool residential outdoor spaces – has been released by Water Sensitive Cities Australia. The guide demonstrates how easy it is to use water wisely to achieve cool, comfortable outdoor areas around the home by combining water, plants and architecture to create natural shade, and cool the air and ground.
