Cooler, greener Adelaide: shaping our future city

30 April 2019

Community concerns over the loss of tree canopy cover and green spaces in our urban areas prompted more than 580 people to attend the Cooler, greener Adelaide forum and exhibition on 20 March 2019.

Speakers at the forum challenged the business as usual approach to how our cities grow by demonstrating how Council, developers and individuals are contributing to the greening of our parks, streets and backyards with good design and smart water management.

Videos and presentations from the forum are available to view on the Cooler, greener Adelaide pages.

Following is a snap shot of opportunities to green our communities that emerged from the forum
