During 2021 and 2022, a group of 25 emerging leaders in Adelaide’s urban greening and water sensitive urban design (WSUD) industry challenged themselves over three and half days to be more effective at delivering positive change in policy and practice in their roles and organisations.

Each of the course graduates set out to discover their own leadership style, identify how they could bring their peers or staff with them on their pursuit to deliver greener communities and quality WSUD outcomes, and importantly, what are the best techniques to successfully influence across organisational or department boundaries.

In this video, Jack Fanning, Project Engineer at the City of Mitcham, talks to us about his WSUD leadership journey since May 2021.
