This interactive session will explore and demonstrate how urban design thinking can contribute to better infill development in our cities and suburbs, and the importance of putting people at the centre of the design process . It will explain the technique of exploring design at three levels; macro, meso and micro- and how this relates to the aims and aspirations of the 30 Year Plan for Greater Adelaide, the Planning Reform process and the new Planning and Design Code.
