The Planning Commission has made amendments to the Planning and Design (P&D) Code in response to feedback provided by industry, local government, state agencies and the community. These amendments are open for public comment until 18 December 2020.

To better understand the cost: benefit of the proposed stormwater management and tree canopy cover policies, the Attorney-General’s Department’s (AGD) Planning Reform area commissioned the recently released studies:
