Revised Planning and Design Code: Phase 3 – for public comment

The Planning Commission has made amendments to the Planning and Design (P&D) Code in response to feedback provided by industry, local government, state agencies and the community. These amendments are open for public comment until 18 December 2020.

If you have been following the planning reform, we encourage you to review the latest amendment:

Water Sensitive SA is currently preparing our response to these changes and we will make them available on our website in early December 2020.
