Adelaide National Park City(ANPC) is part of a global movement to enhance liveability by fostering deeper connections between people and nature through everyday activities. Adelaide proudly became the second city in the world, after London, to receive National Park City status in 2021.
Water Sensitive SA recently participated in the National Park City Forum on November 20th – an amazing celebration of the inspiring nature positive work being done across Kaurna Country.
The forum highlighted the vital role of nature in urban environments and showcased transformative greening efforts Internationally in Paris and Singapore. Thirteen dynamic speakers delivered rapid-fire presentations, sharing stories of on-ground successes and community engagement that showcased on-ground works and engagement triumphs before tackling some wicked problems for the future.
